Ingredientes:
500 ml nata
1 tarrina quesu tipo marca Philadelphia (yo fáigolo colo del Mercadona y sabe a gloria)
6 huevos
carambelu llíquido (pué usase tamién mermelá al gustu)
2 yogures naturales
Cola midía los vasinos de los yogures:
2 vasinos azucre
2 vasinos llechi
2 vasinos farina
Móu de preparación:
Fácil y cenciello. Bátese too xunto cola batidora menos el carambelu (o mermelá) que se usa pa untar el fondu de un molde que sirva pal fornu.Pónse la mezcla nel molde y tápase con papel d'aluminiu. El fornu tará precalentáu previamente y pue ponése a 200C o 180C. Va mirándose y cuando tea bien cuayáo retírase el papel d'alumniu u déxase unos minutinos más hasta que dore penriba. Déxase enfriár y cómese con cuidáo, porque una vegada metes la cuyar ye un no parar.
